Version 1.3 · Effective 2026-06-11

Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the website and web panel of the online service operated by Byte Imagination Roger Zacharczyk (the "Site"). It supplements the Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixels. Throughout this document the term "cookie" includes these similar technologies.

2. Cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be disabled. They do not require consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

2.2 Functional cookies

We do not currently use functional cookies beyond those required for the Site to operate.

2.3 Analytics cookies

We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this Policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any analytics cookie is set.

2.4 Payment cookies

When you open a payment page to start or manage a subscription, our payment processor (Paddle) loads its secure checkout and sets cookies that are necessary to operate that checkout and to protect it against fraud. These cookies are set only on payment pages — pages you reach in order to complete or manage a subscription — and are strictly necessary for the payment service you have requested; for that reason they do not require separate consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. They are governed by Paddle's own cookie and privacy notices. We set no payment cookies of our own and we do not use Paddle's checkout to track you across the Site.

2.5 Advertising / third-party tracking

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The fonts used on the Site are served from our own servers, so visiting the Site does not send your browser information to any third-party font or content-delivery network.

3. Consent

For strictly necessary cookies, no consent is required. Apart from the payment-processor cookies described in section 2.4 — which are set only on payment pages you reach in order to complete or manage a subscription, and are necessary for the payment service you have requested — we do not set any non-essential cookies, so no consent action is required from you today. If we later introduce a non-essential cookie (for example, an analytics cookie), we will request your consent through a cookie banner before the cookie is set, and you will be able to manage or withdraw your preferences from a link in the Site footer. We will also notify you of the change in line with section 5 (Changes).

When this Cookie Policy is updated in a way that materially changes the cookies we use or the purposes for which they are used, we will ask you to confirm your preferences again before the changed cookies are set.

4. Managing cookies

You can manage cookies through your browser settings: most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Site from working.
